It was a great night for the Daves.

Dave Donaldson, Dean at Algonquin College, was recognized for his contributions to the Ottawa community – he took the top spot in the “Community Booster” category at the Best Ottawa Business awards (the “BOBs”) beating out Mayor Jim Watson and former Ottawa Senator Daniel Alfredsson in a people’s choice vote. Dave, who has served as the Dean of Algonquin College’s School of Business, was also the past Chair of the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce.

Soshal Group, a company founded by Algonquin College Business Marketing alumnus Dave Hale, was also recognized as New Company of the Year at the annual awards show. Congratulations to Dave Donaldson and to Soshal!
