Advocis Ottawa Chapter donates $25,000 to Algonquin College’s School of Business

Advocis Ottawa Chapter has donated $25,000 to Algonquin College to create the Kris Birchard Bursary in honour of Mr. Kris Birchard and his work with Advocis. This Bursary will support students in the School of Business’ Financial Services that are in financial need.
Advocis is a voluntary association of professional insurance and financial advisors, committed to helping its members more effectively serve their clients. Advocis is linked to thousands of insurance and financial advisors across Canada. Since 1906, and now with a current roster of 42 chapters, Advocis has been dedicated to providing leading professionals with a central source of knowledge and support.
